Definitions

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy Declaration

Application / App: means the software program from "PizzApp Design" developer downloaded by you on any electronic device.
Application Store / App Store: means the digital distribution service operated by "Google Inc." (Google Play Store) through which the Application has been downloaded or other sources that's not listed or may be listed in the future.
We, Us or Our: in this Agreement refers to "PizzApp Design".
Country: refers to: Italy.
Device: means any device that can access the "PizzApp Design" app/apps on a smart phone or a digital tablet or any electronic devices capable of downloading / loading / using any of the apps by "PizzApp Design".
In-App Purchases: refers to the services or access to the Service offered on a purchases in-app from the respective "PizzApp Design" app.
Terms and Conditions / Terms of Service: (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and "PizzApp Design" regarding the use of the Service.
You / User: means the individual accessing or using the service by "PizzApp Design" or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service by "PizzApp Design" as applicable.

Privacy Commitment

This privacy statement is created to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The Privacy Policy details if any of your personal information is collected and processed by "PizzApp Design" when you use the mobile application downloaded from Google Play Store or any other source that's listed or not here.

Crash Reporting, Analysis , App Performance and Data Gathered

We do not use any third-party integration besides Google Play Services that collects app usage data or crash analytics. We only use the Android Vitals which help us understand and analyse Android app performance , provides us with the following information regarding crashes in the app:

Device

When you request an icon inside our Icon Packs by default some data is gathered but you can edit/delete what you send in the email:

The email address which you send the request with.
The manufacturer, the model, product name, screen resolution, and Android version of your phone.
App version & Candybar version (the app dashboard).
Installed apps that you want icons of.

This information is solely used for the icon request and remains private , you're also fully controlling what data you send to us via email. The emails are securely gathered/stored with zero-access encryption via Proton Mail's servers.

We use Github for storing our Wallpapers and when you access and/or download from our apps the wallpapers some data may be gathered by Github.

Permissions

"PizzApp Design" apps need only storage permissions if you want to be able to download cloud-stored wallpaper from it. We are following strict Google Play policies regarding your privacy and adhering to the same rules and regulations set forth.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps dont address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.

Links to Other Websites

Our apps may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update the Privacy Policy , the changes becoming effective from the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. If You do not agree to the new privacy policy in whole or in part please stop using our app/apps.
