PizzApp Design, Atripalda, Italy (referred to as “I” or “PizzApp Design”) offers the apps on https://play.google.com/store/apps/dev?id=5716024414833491965 , including all information, tools and services available to you (referred to as “user” or “customer”) conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated here.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any "PizzApp Design" application ("App") or related services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Your use of the App and services constitutes explicit consent to abide by these terms.
Processing of your order and most communication is automated. You have to make sure that your email address submitted during the order process is correct and that receipt of emails by you is technically possible (and, in particular, not hindered by spam filters). I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my products that appear in the store. However, I can’t guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
For digital products sold , the items are intended for your personal use only and you have no right to sublicense or resell the digital goods. You acquire no ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights or proprietary interest in the digital products.
I do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of my apps or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that I may remove the apps or service for indefinite periods of time or entirely discontinue the apps or service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The app, service and all products delivered to you through the service are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
We may update the Terms and Conditions , the changes becoming effective from the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. If You do not agree to the new terms and conditions in whole or in part please stop using our app/apps.
Italian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Atripalda, Italy.
